Sound therapy, is a form of sensory therapy that promotes healing by deconstructing music and using sound frequencies to rebalance the body’s energy. This type of therapy introduces sound frequencies and vibrations through a range of treatments. This session may include guided meditation, singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to release physical pain and help treat emotional issues like stress and anxiety. It may also include Reiki energy work.
