Each session begins and ends with tranquil meditations, fostering inner peace and mindfulness. Dan and Gretchen will be hosting a Native American inspired sweat lodge ceremony.  Please contact them for more information 815-440-3442.  Please arrive on time, please have comfortable cool cotton clothes to sweat in, in honoring our ancestors it is recommended that women wear a skirt or wrap.   There is no cost.   You are asked to bring a dish to pass for the feast that will follow the lodge. Also it is customary to bring a gift or offering for the leader of the lodge and fire keeper of the lodge.
