No Show and Reschedule Policy

At Serenity Creek Massage, we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure a smooth experience for all our clients. In order to maintain our high standards of service, we have implemented a No Show and Reschedule Policy. Please carefully read the following policy details:

No Show Policy:

a. A "No Show" occurs when a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior notification or cancellation.

b. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

Payment Obligations:

a. No show clients will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service(s) they missed.

b. The payment must be made within 3 business days of the missed appointment.

c. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit cards, or other agreed-upon methods.

Refund Policy:

a. Due to the nature of our services and the commitment of our staff, we do not offer refunds for missed appointments or services rendered.

b. We allocate time, resources, and effort to accommodate scheduled appointments, and a failure to honor a reservation can result in lost opportunities for other clients.

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

a. We understand that situations may arise that require rescheduling or cancellation of an appointment. To avoid being marked as a no show and incurring charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

b. Clients who provide timely notification will have the opportunity to reschedule their appointment without penalty.

Exceptional Circumstances:

a. We acknowledge that certain situations, such as emergencies or unforeseen events, may prevent clients from attending their scheduled appointments.

b. In such cases, we encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible, and we will review the circumstances on a case-by-case basis to determine an appropriate resolution.

By continuing to engage our services and scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our No Show and Refund Policy. We aim to provide the best possible experience for all our clients, and this policy enables us to maintain a fair and efficient appointment system.
